You will need to call...ensure you have your LM pin number handy. You'll probably have to pay the cancelation fee using their automated system which is quite strange! Miles will credit back quickly...taxes are refunded, also sometimes quickly, but with the caveat that they give themselves 2-3 months if you're unlucky.
