Cancellation of award booking
Hi guys

I've made a booking a few weeks back, for travel in August. Due to change of plans, I have to cancel my booking.
-Is sending an email to [email protected] the easiest way to cancel my booking or can I just ring their customer service?
-I read I would have to pay 50USD for the cancellation and then get back the total miles for the redemption but would I get the taxes back?
