Just an update:
KnowRoaming has delayed delivery beyond January, which was an already delayed shipping date, with no information given as to the reason or the cause of the delay. They offered refunds, but nothing else, and haven't returned my facebook messages, tweets, or emails to their CEO. The email we received is quoted below:
Dear PainCorp,
Thanks for your support of our company. I am sorry for the delays that we have encountered. As you know we are a start-up and have worked extremely hard to create this new technology. As with any new technology we have faced problems which we did not anticipate when committing to our shipping date. We are working around the clock to get everything as close to perfect as possible before shipping.
I understand that you are frustrated with these delays and for this reason I would like to offer you a full refund.

At this point it's worth noting that they have given the sticker to local bloggers and DJs who have pictures of their accounts showing use, so the product is obviously working, they just are not shipping for an unknown reason.
