I have seen very aggressive DIY approaches to removal of the poacher from one's assign/paid for seat including some that require LEO intervention.

In Asia, many poachers take advantage of the physically smaller FA's of both genders where they are less likely to try to do the same on a US flagged carrier where the FA are more physically dominating.
