I have notices and compared experiences with other TPAC flyers that there is less poaching on US flagged carriers(DL and UA) as opposed to Asian flagged ones.
So if prevalence is much higher than in States, what would be explanation of the lack of reporting of such cases? Every seat poaching case in States, or to/from States raises huge stink here in forums yes I do not remember too many reported cases elsewhere.
Or such behaviour outside of North America is much more tolerated and people do not make big deal from it?
