I flew TPE - ICN in June of 2013. The C seats were fully equipped with AV and power. A hot meal was served, with three different wine choices, both red and white. There was also champagne available. It was similar to TPAC J service in all respects except for not having the angled lie-flat seat (or the full flat bed on some 777s).
