I fly 50k US domestic, 50k intra SE Asia and 150-200k TPAC per year and I have encountered/witness at least 10X more seat pouching outside North America.

I have notices and compared experiences with other TPAC flyers that there is less poaching on US flagged carriers(DL and UA) as opposed to Asian flagged ones.
