Just a heads up -- payments to the same recipient need to be spaced at least 5 minutes apart. I submitted two payments back-to-back to the same recipient. The second payment failed, although the funds were put on hold. I called to see what happened and was told that the system treated the second payment as a duplicate. They couldn't say how long the hold would be for, and emailed me a letter to submit to my bank to release the hold. I was also told to wait at least 6 minutes between payments.
