According to the press release, the daytime HND-CDG is actually replacing the late-night departure, which is quite sad (I really liked that flight, despite it not having SS7).

I also find the move to be pretty strange. A 10:30 departure from HND and a 14:30 departure from NRT don't seem to offer much of a choice (and I can't think of many cases when a Japan-based traveller, at least, would pick the latter). Morning vs. late-night made a lot more sense.

They mention that AF will take over the late-night service to HND and they'll codeshare on it, so the option doesn't completely disappear if you're willing to fly AF, I guess (but 77W on AF, eww).
