Unless you are Diamond or 7* in Harrah's system, you will have long lines for Caesar's Bach. Buffet. Yes, the food has gone downhill from when it was first opened. Besides waiting on long lines to get in, the arrangement of the seafood area = long lines to get these items.
IMHO, the Paris Buffet is a good deal.
I went to Caesar's Bachannal buffet on a Friday in early Nov and it was not impressive at all. It was worse than the Bellagio buffet and the price was higher as well.
Surprisingly we didn't have to wait longer than 15 mins to eat at 6pm.
