Depends on whether you get the fast track queue (status with EK/flying J/F). Its quite variable though. I've been I'm a queue for 45 min and at other times I've passed through in 5 min arriving at this time. DXB is quite busy at this time and more annoyingly the immigration officer might just decide to go for a break.
