The main thing that an industry "certification" for a standard tells you is that at one point in time, with some (typically not documented) set of firmware + drivers, the testing passed well enough to meet the very low bar the industry agreed to.
Edit: The Rocketfish device is back in stock @ Best Buy but it's $80.

It was a great bargain at $30 (found my receipt). Netgear seems to be the "standard", and that's $60. Not sure why they think they can price this higher. Wait another month or two and hopefully they'll clear them out again.
