US definitely caters full liquor sleeves, beer and wine in F and Y on almost every flight 24 hours a day. Only exceptions are the LGA and BOS shuttles (no mixed drinks in Y but free beer and wine) and short haul beverage flights with literally only OJ and small individual bottles of water catered in Y. On those 2 exceptions we never bring alcohol out of F to serve someone in Y.
