You do have the seat surround to use for support and leverage when getting out of all the J seats but I would hate to be stuck next to a stranger in the A321 twin J seats. I can imagine you would be on the sex offenders register after attempting to get up from the window seat to go to the loo

It was bad enough trying this when sitting next to Mrs LoM.
