Extremely frustrating - I usually fly WN from SEA - OAK. I recently had to take AS and the GoGo Internet was fantastic. My WN Internet experience ranges from awful to "okay" at best. Never good. I agree it's improved lately but only up to "not very good" from "you've got to be kidding me!".
