What he means is that Amex is stopping the CX Gold benefit from 30/3/2014. From that date, current holders of that card through the Amex promotion need to requalify for it, the same as all CX cardholders, except the qualification criteria (miles) are half what normal CX holder would have to accumulate (ie 25,000 rather than 50,000 I think).
