Typically, I take a Rimowa LH Notebook case on top of that case, and remove it from the built-in sleeve and pull handle first, set it in the seat, place the carry-on case in the bin, and then the Notebook case in the bin, on top of that.....
I appreciate your informative and detailed discussions of the LH Bolero Notebook here and in earlier posts. I’ve been looking for a business case to fit my Rimowa 2-wheel trolley. When traveling with Tumi (an Alpha suiter), I can slip the Tumi business class backpack (#26578) over the handle.

But when going with Rimowa, the handle is too wide for that backpack, and I do not care for the Rimowa add-a-bag strap - it disengages far too easily on escalators.

Accordingly, I think I will arrange to pick up a Bolero Notebook at the LH World Shop on my next trip to FRA. I usually don’t get to Terminal 1 traveling on AA but am there to use the Luxx Lounge. I wish I had stopped to browse the World Shop on those occasions, but will definitely be doing so next month.

Again - thanks!
