What are their conditions for cancellation for Plus? Their website says "Ticket and fuel surcharge are refundable" - is that 100% refundable of the full ticket or do I need to subtract taxes or fees? And up until when?

The booking fee, the 50 DKK if you are booking from Denmark, is not.refundable the rest is. Normally you can do it online but in rare cases you will have to call them. IS glitches sometimes happen, and you will need to call. I believe cancellation is basically up until a few hours before departure.
