Hmm you might think this but often at arrivals baggage services they have a single individual manning both queues and it can become quite threatening queuing at the "priority" queue even flying F and as a BA Gold when there is a long queue of people at the standard queue.

In practice BA do little to find missing bags and seem to wait for them to turn up. What is more annoying is that the process doesn't work terribly well when they have been found because there is no mechanism for updates. The last time I had a bag go missing I had a call some 6 weeks later at almost 11pm by a stranger driving a scruffy van to tell me he wanted to deliver my bag.

I remain unconvinced that BA do much more than put on a show when bags go missing for F passengers either.

Giving feedback here is pointless, this process (and the significant non customer friendly features) arise from design not mistake.
