Remember, the more you move around the less you'll actually see, enjoy and get the local feel. I'd forget overnighting in Switzerland on this one and try to stay with your route. As it is, IMO, your trip is pretty aggressively planned already; you'll "see" a lot, but you will be spending a lot of time getting oriented to places you've not been before, and moving around.
