I don't even keep my card when it comes as it's all on my phone with the app… but come to think of it -- I think you're right. There are no more contact numbers. It's now online form submissions, trying to find numbers on the website and spending ages on hold -- or Twitter. Not exactly a Gold customer experience….. more of a blunt one kind fits all approach to customer engagement….
