Thanks -- that was our experience as well. We were lucky enough to have the email for the Duty Manager in Calgary (he had contacted us and asked us if we were willing to fly via Vancouver rather than the direct Calgary flight) and I think this was the only reason that our bags were even located….

Our bags did finally arrive after more than 3 days but the experience has highlighted a number of major service flaws for BA and it seems that someone in management would want to know about how poor the experience is (Though maybe they don't ;-)
If it were my company I would want to know about it and have the option to address it… but i think my feedback has gone into a black hole...
