Gold Card - customer service????

Been a while since I have been on this forum and hoping someone can help.

Both my husband and I are gold card members. We recently flew from Calgary to LHR (via Vancouver) and all 3 of our bags were lost en route. We are frequent travellers and understand that bags go missing but our problem was with the lack of service and support provided by BA -- especially as we are both gold card members. Once leaving the airport there was no priority number, no contact from BA, only the standard numbers, feedback form and Twitter…

There were a catalogue of service failures -- I won't go into all of them but as a result I personally had to spend more than 80 hours locating our bags, tracking their progress and delivery (cannot even begin to describe the frustrations)...

I filled in the online feedback form (it seems this is the only way to contact the airline now) but now 10 days later I have received NO response from them -- aside from the auto acknowledgement….

Does anyone know of a way to contact the airline and get through to an actual human being??
