"Cardmembers can view their score online as often as they like, but to be clear, cardmembers aren’t pulling their own score. We receive a new score from Transunion, at a minimum, every 60 days. So, when the cardmembers log-in what they are seeing is the latest score we have on file. However, score updates could happen more frequently, depending upon certain changes to the cardmembers credit report; like applying for new credit or refinancing a mortgage.
