It's 25 minutes to Staten Island. You must exit the ferry, and wait for the next one. The return to Manhattan is 25 minutes. Depending on the midweek schedule, I'd suggest a minimum of 70 minutes.

Bolding mine. Not a good view of The Lady? Heck, even without glasses, it's hard to miss the larger than life Lady Liberty.
