I'm not sure that we have. I haven't suggested that most passengers don't care about it. I just doubt--and I think that most airline managers would have data to show this--that it doesn't much affect their buying decisions.
I agree with what winnipegrev suggested above, i.e. that many folks (fewer than previously, though, given that so many people have tablets now) might pay a bit extra for seatback AVOD, but that almost nobody considers seat width or pitch, or food or much other than price when they buy airline tickets.
