Deluxe Ocean view is going to be the highest upgrade you'd get.
You can upgrade to a suite with cash but very unlikely to get it as a complimentary upgrade.

It also depends on the season - if the hotel is empty your chances are a bit higher but again unlikely for Hawaii.
Go to http://www.ihilani.com/ and see the upgrade prices. Usually suites are not listed. I have a contact person there if you want to email them to ask.
