A little more background to this
If I log in as myself Gold - I can see the RFS rates for flights.
If I log in as Mrs Zimstyles - No RFS rates in sight anywhere.

Now when I moved from North America back to Southern Africa, I left an Exec club account that had miles which i want to burn now. Naturally that account has no status i.e. Blue and once again on that account no RFS in sight. (yes I know about the two accounts issue on T's and C's and I did tell the powers that be about it and they never shut the account for whatever reason - not complaining or asking them to revisit it now that i know i can do club to capetown RT)

I just find the redemption engine very hard to understand at times or is RFS a status thing?
