This includes changing the fare class. It sounds like you were able to get some special consideration from AS for this particular case (which I agree was probably the right choice in this case), but we should be careful to set expectations correctly for future/other cases.
agreed and thats why I said I still dont know the correct answer. Still would be nice to get the correct answer from one of the AS insiders
