Although not a frequent flier I've been flying BA/BEA for over 50 years so I'd like to think I've qualified in some small way to post my opinions....not that anyone should have to justify such a thing on a discussion forum.
As for defending BA I don't. Anyway, why should it matter if I do? Are we all expected to join and follow the bash BA brigade?
