I am assuming that your flights have been YVR-HKG on this thing. Just wondering why you have not looked into alternatives, since other airline products have much better reputations. Is it price, preference for non-stops, corporate agreements or policies, FFP.... or something else? Not trying to pick on your personally, but I really am genuinely curious.
