As reported, I received points at the beginning of November. I was at a Doubletree a couple of weeks ago and checked in, but no points have posted. I just checked their website and the following was posted:

The Topguest consumer site no longer exists and social media check ins will not accrue additional points.
If you are a former Topguest user, any points earned through Topguest were awarded to your loyalty account and subject to the terms and conditions set by each loyalty program. Please contact your individual loyalty program if you have any questions points earned in the past through Topguest.
