I'm dropping from 100k to 50k this year. Good and bad I suppose.

Anyway, I flew early Jan and I only received a 50% bonus vs the 100% bonus that I was expecting. I chose 100% bonus miles for a 100k benefit and the 50k bonus miles for a 50k benefit. I thought all benefits lasted until end of Feb but according to the CSR, this is the one benefit that runs from Jan 1st to Dec 31st. Is this correct? I tried searching around but I have not been able to find anything.
