SAS Plus Cancellation Policy

I usually always fly SAS Go.

However, I am looking at one-way CPH-AGP and the fares I get are:
SAS Go: DKK 1,269
SAS Plus: DKK 1,469
SAS Plus Full Flex: DKK 4,269

I know the conditions for Go and for Plus Full Flex fine.

What are their conditions for cancellation for Plus? Their website says "Ticket and fuel surcharge are refundable" - is that 100% refundable of the full ticket or do I need to subtract taxes or fees? And up until when?
