If you've have had repeated issues flying BA F on the ground as well as in the air then it makes sense to me to give another airline your business. Would you keep going back to the same restaurant/pub/hotel if you felt you weren't receiving good service? I guess not so why do you keep flying the same airline? You have misunderstood. I have given up taking each point you make when you then replace it with a completely new one. It is like having a debate with a gnat.
One of your seeming bugbears is other people you presume are getting more redemptions than you. You seem to think that they should expect and get less than other punters. Why not simply say so?
