Yes. All the controls are there, but they don't do too much in between up, recline and sleep.
Other airlines allow more tweaking.
I can't help but think you were still a button or two short of a working seat ...
One set of buttons allow you to select the sleeping position or the take off/landing position, the other set allows individual and graduated control of seat back, leg rest and seat forward/backward position, I'm not sure what else you could wish to control or adjust with regard ot the seat ... ?
