The 737-700 (73W) has a curtain. However, the -800s don't. The 73H (737-800 with PTVs) is an absolute AVOID. If you can sit in 10C or 10D, it could be bearable, as you can extend your feet and the bulkhead wall doesn't exactly extend in front of those two seats. The 73H (-800s without PTVs) seem to have a little extra foot extension room, as the bulkhead wall is curved. But still, I would not sit in row 10 on any variety of 737-800. Definitely row 11 or 12 (if I don't get an upgrade).
