Are you certain you're not confused with A319/320? I ride many variants DL 73's 140k of 150k miles/yr and have never seen a full curtain in front of Row 10 bulkhead.

10C/D is my favorite Y seat on this aircraft. At least feet ride in 1st (under a small aisle curtain) and you won't get too beat up with bumbling pax (after boarding of course) and drink carts, LOL....
