I was on a 73H with PTVs last year which did have a hard bulkhead. Sat in 10A and I wasn't very comfortable, nothing like the MDs which have more room than F and a soft bulkhead. IMO the collective group of DL 737s are my least favorite aircraft in the mainline fleet and I personally go out of my way to avoid them.
