I agree with you Hiddy...

I may be in the minority but I am just so happy with BA. I have met the most wonderful people on the ground at KBP, I have met the most wonderful members of the cabin crew, the captain on my most recent flight stood in front of the cabin and apologized for the delay because our original captain got stuck in an accident and he was called from standby, I am not even going to mention the upgrades or the 32 kg bags that I can check-in, or the fact that BA are...just...the best... at least in my book.

I do feel that a lot of people are trying to extract some money from airlines for delays and stuff... I would have felt guilty to complain... BA is giving me so much in return for my loyalty to them... I just don't feel that it's right.
This is, of course, my opinion only but it irks me that lately this forum has become somewhat an unhappy place...a place to find compensation for something...rather than appreciate this great airline... It is easy to find a fault but why not look at a bigger picture? Yes, flights get delayed and/or canceled, but overall, when people travel...don't they feel special for BA? I do!^ And I am not a company, nor am I a celebrity. I travel on my own dime but I do feel the love that BA gives.
