I mean the story never varies with them does it? Surely once in a while as with booking.com or other OTA's we would get a reservation honoured or at least get an honest ''we are very sorry ,there has been a mistake on the hotels part ,and they would like to offer bla bla '' type of contact ?
Something certainly does not add up with Venere in my experience when compared to other OTA's where the story varies from mistake booking to mistake booking.

As far as I remember hoteliers have no other option to cancel the booking on venere, other than click "wrong cc", and they don't bother to contact the guest, since Venere doesn't care.
