The forex fee should be added together at the end of the month and you should see the total for the fee listed by itself under the "fees and interest charges" portion of your statement . If you have a no forex fee card it should not even have such fees so it should either say 0 or not list anything at all under that section of the bill.
On two cards I've used in Europe (one MC, one AX), the FTF fee for each transaction is listed as a separate item right after its corresponding transaction. There may also be a total FTF - don't recall.
