I just apply for membership and I have applied it through its mobile application. And I accidentally messed up with the gender. Is there any way to rectify it? Because the field for gender, as I just check with both the web and app is locked, along with the home address, tel no, passport no and name and stuff. I mean, what if I change my name?

The app is like so confusing and full of glitches that I have already spent a whole hour to it. But I must say that the design is much better than CXMobile.

So my question is- would it be possible for me to change the gender option
