My post probably not relevant to the specific topic so apologies beforehand.
But my last three fights MAN-MRU in the past few months have been appallingly inept foodwise.
October outbound they "lost" my lacto ovo veg meal - and in reply to my complaint said I had received it as cabin crew said so - Customer relations woman also spelt ut to me what a lacto -ovo meal was........................!
As if I didnt know.
December flight they failed to serve my hubby a meal............. he had to ask when they were clearing trays away.
Recent outbound DXB-MRU 15th Jan they served me an oriental sandwich instead of the usual revolting spiced cabbage wrap which usually passes as a lacto ovomeal in Y for some obsure reason.
Cabin crew didnt initially resolve the problem and it was only after 3 queries from myself and over an hour later they served me a pasta side dish they found in J.
OK once is maybe excusable but three times in as many months?
They never got it wrong before, so why now?
They've had my meal preferences on record for years.
Also the internet wouldn' connect in A concourse J lounge on 14/15Jan - another guy had trouble too.
Lounge staff unable to assist...
I needed net access for business but nada!
