paulwuk, I can only say "thank you" for your post. I feel the same way about BA. They took me to my wedding in CA last October. They upgraded us to F on the way to Hawaii and to J on the way back for our Christmas vacation. I have met the most fantastic and nicest cabin crew - just really wonderful people.
My husband and I always give chocolates to the crew when we're flying around Christmas time and the crew are always surprised, but there is really nothing to be surprised about...BA are wonderful and we just want to say "thank you" for being our favorite airline.
I may not be the most demanding passenger and I probably do not notice what the food offerings are in the F lounge but overall, in general, I am in love with BA!
