Hello, I'm trying to understand IHG brg. I booked the intercontinental Toronto centre on IHG.com in US dollars. I then found it on expedia for $15 cheaper. (Also in US dollars) Apparently this doesn't qualify? Even though they obviously didn't offer the best rate?
