Your BP should show your AC # and *G - you might want to try removing and re-adding your AC number.
As for *S at security, my observations say no. I know I didn't get any special treatment on US last year (free checked bag not withstanding), and the only reason I could jump to the elite line flying AC at EWR a few years back was because I carried my UA silver card and flashed it at the line-minders. . All of the PremierAccess signage I've seen specifically references only *G along with UA elite levels.
