i can't seem to get the VSVTPE or XTC1 to work for any dates in january/feb/march for PHL Airport. it's not on the exclusion list, but it doesn't seem like they're participating. I used to be able to use these, but it doesn't seem so anymore
I'm not sure you should be publicizing the Accenture CDP, as it includes LDW which the firm might be liable for under a contract with Hertz (some CDPs do provide free cover from Hertz, e.g., USAA), but corporate CDPs tend to have specific cover. Often, they don't even cover employees on personal rentals, so I would check.

I've edited the CDP in my quote above. All rates are for the weekend from January 23 to 27.

USAA CDP 77694 also includes LDW. With PC 182092 that gives $163.20 all in on an EXAR. You do have to join USAA but that may be worthwhile, especially if your weekend rentals aren't covered by any LDW.

The code you couldn't get to work is XCT1 which is $99 all in (but excluding LDW) for an ECAR in combination with the AAA CDP. VSTPTE isn't rejected, but it sucks for next weekend at least.
