I am sorry but though I hope BA improve their priority luggage performance, I tend to think most people who take carry on luggage have no real lives!!?
On my return from CPH, the luggage took more than an hour to arrive. If I could have taken the trip hand luggage only it would have made a lot of difference. It can be the difference between hitting or missing rush hour traffic.
