I stayed at the Warsaw Sheraton 10/21/13 to 10/23/13.

I don't remember much about the stay because last year's trips are all a blur to me now (it was my first year doing significant business travel). I do remember that the lounge was large and well accommodated. I didn't take much advantage of the lounge since it was a quick trip-segment.

What really stands out in my mind is how nice the gym was! It was the nicest gym of any of the SPG properties that I stayed in last year. The gym had lots of all the usual stuff (bikes, treadmills, dumbells, mats, leg press, pec-deck, other common machines). What was especially nice was that the gym had barbells and free weights (very unusually in hotel gyms). The gym was spacious, and included two rooms for basic workouts and a third large, mostly empty, room for taking classes, personally training, or simply monopolizing for a circuit workout. There were functional fitness workout stations as well; cable and rope pulls, chin-up bars, some sort of goofy wall mounted salmon ladder, and some other unusual stuff.

If you like to do cross-fit style workouts the gym was great!

Also, I took advantage of the very nice steam room and sauna.

I can't remember if I had to pay for the steam and sauna (it would have been reimbursed either way).

If having a nice gym is important to you while traveling then check out the Sheraton Warsaw.
